Refills & yearly care
Refills, handled.
The E-Biotic Pro disperses from a probiotic supply that's replaced about once a year. We keep track of the date, reach out when it's due and take care of it, so the system keeps reaching every room.

A year with the E-Biotic Pro
Set it up once. We remember the rest.
- I
Install day
Your unit goes in with its first probiotic supply, and we put your first refill on the calendar before we leave.
- II
Through the year
It runs alongside your heating and air. There's nothing for you to top up, clean or remember.
- III
Refill time
When the supply is due, we reach out to arrange it. A quick visit or a delivery, whichever suits your plan.
- IV
And again next year
Same team, same phone number. We'd like that yearly visit to be a welcome one.

Questions
Install and refills.
What happens on install day?
A technician looks over your HVAC, mounts the compact unit on the ductwork near your air handler, connects it, runs the system to check everything, and walks you through what was done. Most homes are finished in a single visit.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for the start and the end of the visit, so the technician can get to the HVAC and show you the finished install. You don't need to do anything during the work itself.
What is the annual refill plan?
The unit disperses from a probiotic supply that's replaced about once a year. The refill plan takes care of that on a schedule, so the system keeps working without you having to think about it. How the refill is delivered and what it costs is covered on your call.
What's the fogging bonus?
A one-time, whole-home probiotic fogging, included with a completed E-Biotic Pro install, one per household. It's done by our team and the details are covered on your call.
What if I move?
Ask us. Depending on the home, the unit can sometimes move with you, and the new owners may prefer to keep it running. We'll help you figure out the simplest option.
